Our Story
Heartfelt Willing Workers was founded in honor of my mother, whose life was marked by faith, generosity, and unwavering service to others. Her compassion, commitment to family, and devotion to God shaped who I am today and inspired the mission of this organization.
Though she passed away on November 7, 2017, her legacy continues through the work we do—supporting individuals and families in need with dignity, care, and love. Our vision includes establishing a community center and transportation services to expand our impact.

Our Founder
I am a dedicated faith-based leader with a heart for service and a strong commitment to uplifting individuals, families, and communities through purposeful outreach and compassionate leadership. As the Executive Director of Heartfelt Willing Workers, I lead with integrity, vision, and a deep sense of responsibility to serve others with excellence and sincerity.
My leadership is grounded in servant leadership principles—meeting people where they are, addressing both immediate needs and long-term solutions, and building strong partnerships that create lasting impact. I have extensive experience organizing community outreach initiatives, coordinating volunteers, collaborating with churches and local organizations, and advocating for underserved populations, particularly seniors, families, and individuals facing hardship.
I am known for my hands-on approach, strategic planning, and ability to bring people together around a shared mission. Whether leading outreach events, developing programs, or supporting individuals through difficult seasons, I believe true leadership is rooted in compassion, accountability, and action.
My mission is to serve from the heart, lead with purpose, and create opportunities that restore hope, dignity, and stability within the community.
